Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking an ATP Pharmacy Technician to monitor, fill and organize the medication dispensing of automated machines, while supporting inventory activities. This role emphasizes accuracy and accountability to guarantee exact packaging for patients.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, Ohio pharmacy registration, and PTCB certification, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) and registered with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy preferred.
• Must be committed to registering with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy and obtaining a pharmacy certification within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Process correct medication orders and fill prescriptions using automated machines.
• Maintain accurate dispensing records and ensure patient safety and accuracy.
• Stock inventory and organize shelves in the pharmacy.
• Keep work area clean and ensure the station is properly stocked at all times.
• Monitor queues and support timely patient delivery.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve patient issues.
• Demonstrate confidentiality and adherence to core values in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
