Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• If no prior pharmacy experience, commit to registering with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy and obtaining a pharmacy certification within one year of employment.
• Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board and registered with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process correct bags through the automated machines.
• Maintain a high level of quality assurance for medication dispensing.
• Stock received pharmacy inventory.
• Organize medication shelves and keep workstation clean.
• Ensure station is properly stocked at all times.
• Monitor station queues.
• Meet daily pharmacy goals to ensure timely delivery to patients.
• Communicate effectively with internal counterparts to resolve patient issues.
• Uphold AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications.
