Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• PTCB certification is preferred; certification helps with advancement.
• Good math skills are helpful for dispensing accuracy and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy and customer service.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Engage with customers to deliver a positive Walgreens experience.
• Support inventory management, cash handling, and basic clerical duties.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant pharmacy environment.
