Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients, greeting them and assisting with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions, delivering a distinctive Walgreens customer experience.
• Assist in pharmacy operations under the pharmacist supervision, including entering patient and drug information and supporting workflow.
• Process manual claims for third party programs and perform clerical duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager.
• Maintain inventory, stock shelves, and assist with ordering and receiving shipments.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with local medical community through outreach and provider detailing.
