Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Apprentice in a front-facing role focused on patient care and accurate medication handling. You will interact with customers, process prescriptions, and support pharmacy operations under supervision, developing essential skills and earning while you learn through the training pathway.

Mandatory English fluency and a willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends are required; prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience or familiarity with pharmacy systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of store inventory control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and other pharmacy duties.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Provide a distinctive and delightful customer experience and engage customers.
• Support inventory management and daily store operations as directed by the Pharmacy Manager.
