Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Strong math skills for counting, measuring and weighing medications.
• Good computer skills preferred.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy.
• Process patient prescriptions using pharmacy systems and assist with cash register transactions.
• Support inventory management and ordering of pharmaceuticals.
• Provide courteous customer service and help customers locate products.
• Adhere to company policies and the Walgreen Co. Pharmacy Code of Conduct.
