Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Apprentice to be at the center of patient care. You will interact with customers, support pharmacists, and grow your skills through our training program and ASHP/DOL-backed apprenticeship.

You will learn to use pharmacy systems, process prescriptions, and participate in inventory and customer service tasks while working toward certification and career advancement in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and related duties.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide a positive experience.
• Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Handle cash transactions and assist with over-the-counter product sales.
• Support inventory management and maintain organized pharmacy areas.
• Help coordinate clinical services and pharmacy-related tasks as needed.
