Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Technician or Technician Apprentice to be at the front line with patients, building relationships and delivering a high-quality pharmacy experience.

The role supports pharmacists under supervision, uses pharmacy systems for prescriptions, and participates in an extensive technician training program leading toward PTCB certification. Training emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision in prescription processing and pharmacy duties.
• Utilize pharmacy systems to enter patient/drug info and process prescriptions.
• Maintain customer experience and handle cash on the sales floor.
• Help with inventory management and stocking of medications and supplies.
• Support clinical services coordination with providers when required.
