Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Apprentice to join a patient-centric team. You will interact with customers, support the pharmacist, and develop strong patient relationships while utilizing the latest technology.

We offer an earn-while-you-learn pathway, allowing you to pursue PTCB certification through Walgreens training. Whether new or experienced, you will gain hands-on knowledge, grow professionally, and contribute to high-quality patient care in our stores.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Six months of retail experience preferred.
Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
Good math skills for counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing and related duties per state/federal regulations.
Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems and assist with claims/processing.
Provide a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
