Job summary

Walgreens in Titusville, Florida is seeking a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Apprentice to actively engage customers, support the pharmacist, and help build strong patient relationships as a core part of our pharmacy team.

Through the Walgreens Pharmacy Technician Training Program, you’ll earn while you learn, gain hands-on experience with the latest technology, and work toward PTCB certification.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment (preferred).
• Prior Walgreens experience (preferred).
• Good math and computer skills; knowledge of store inventory control (preferred).
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in dispensing medicines and pharmacy duties.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Provide a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Support inventory management and assist with cash handling and point-of-sale tasks.
