Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Strong math skills for accurately counting and weighing medications.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with store systems.
• Inventory control knowledge is a plus.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to provide a positive experience.
• Assist pharmacists under supervision, enter patient data and help in dispensing.
• Fill prescriptions including counting and labeling medications and checking for interactions.
• Support inventory management: receiving, stocking, and organizing pharmaceutical supplies.
• Handle customer calls and refer only non-urgent questions to the pharmacist.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized pharmacy and adherence to policies.
• Support clinical services as needed and coordinate with providers.
