Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills preferred.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and assisting with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Models customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience, including proactive help and service until satisfied.
• Develops relationships with valuable customers and supports pharmacy operations under supervision.
