Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately.
• Prefer good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy.
• Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems and process prescriptions.
• Assist with scheduling and maintaining workflow; communicate effectively with patients and providers.
• Handle cash register operations and guide customers to OTC products when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and support inventory management.
