Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Apprentice to be at the front line, engaging customers and building patient relationships in a Walgreens pharmacy. The program supports earning while learning and PTCB certification pathways, with opportunities to grow into certified technician roles.

As part of the Walgreens team, you will train to assist the pharmacist under supervision, use pharmacy systems, and help ensure accurate dispensing and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in dispensing medications and processing prescriptions.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Support inventory management and cash register operations as needed.
