Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Strong math, computer, and inventory control skills.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop relationships with valuable customers.
• Assist in pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision, using pharmacy systems, filling prescriptions, counting and verifying medicines.
• Report prescription errors to the pharmacist and adhere to policies.
• Handle cash transactions and help customers locate OTC products.
• Support inventory management, order processing, and stocking of pharmaceutical shipments.
• Assist in coordinating clinical services and outreach with healthcare providers.
• Maintain good relationships with the local medical community and external providers.
• Keep the Pharmacy Department stocked, clean, and orderly; comply with company policies.
• Complete special assignments as requested.
