Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and in accordance with state/federal regulations and company policy.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions, assist with third-party claims and cash register operations.
• Maintain accuracy in entering patient and drug information, and support scheduling and workflow as directed by the Pharmacy Manager or Pharmacist.
• Provide customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and delivering a distinctive Walgreens experience.
• Support inventory management, including order processing, receiving, stocking, and addressing shortages or damaged goods.
• Assist in developing relationships with local healthcare providers and communities to support growth opportunities.
• Participate in training programs and continuing education to maintain PTCB certification or pursue advancement.
