Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in retail preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision, enter patient and drug information, fill prescriptions and verify accuracy.
• Support pharmacy operations including inventory management and workflow coordination.
• Handle basic customer service tasks and process transactions as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and quality standards.
