Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Apprentice to join our team. You will assist the pharmacist, enter patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and help create a positive customer experience while building strong patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience a plus.
• PTCB certification preferred or pursuing.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and related duties.
• Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience and build patient relationships.
• Support inventory management and cash handling per store procedures.
