Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment (preferred).
• Prior Walgreens experience (preferred).
• Good math skills for counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control (preferred).
• PTCB certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems and process prescriptions.
• Fill prescriptions by retrieving, counting and pouring medications; verify accuracy and potential interactions.
• Maintain inventory and assist with store duties and customer service.
