Job summary

Walgreens is transforming pharmacy technician roles to be more patient-centric. As a Pharmacy Technician or Trainee Apprentice, you will interact with customers, build patient relationships, and work closely with pharmacists using the latest technology to support patient care.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
Prior Walgreens experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Engage customers and patients, greet and assist with products and services, resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
Assist pharmacists under supervision, enter patient and drug information, verify prescriptions and check for interactions.
Support inventory management, restock supplies, and maintain store appearance and orderliness.
Assist with cashiering and basic clerical duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager.
