Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients, greeting and assisting with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure positive experience.
• Models customer service best practices for the team.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision, enters patient and drug information, fills prescriptions, checks interactions.
• Handles cash and directs customers to OTC products as needed.
• Manages inventory and supports pharmacy operations and clerical tasks.
