Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and math accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers under supervision of the pharmacist and help with prescriptions.
• Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Support inventory management, stocking, and merchandising of pharmacy supplies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with cash handling and operating the register as needed.
• Support training and ongoing development for pharmacy technicians.
