Job summary

Walgreens is transforming the pharmacy technician role to be more patient-centric. As a Pharmacy Technician or Technician Apprentice, you’ll interact with customers, build relationships, and advance toward PTCB certification with supported training.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment (preferred).
• Prior Walgreens experience (preferred).
• Strong math, computer, and inventory skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy and related duties.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems and process prescriptions.
• Provide excellent customer service and support the pharmacy team.
• Participate in inventory management and maintain store standards.
• Support clinical services and coordination with healthcare providers.
