Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior experience with Walgreens preferred.
• Good math skills to accurately fill prescriptions.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing prescriptions.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems.
• Fill prescriptions by counting, measuring and labeling medications.
• Support inventory management and stock control for pharmaceuticals.
• Handle cashier duties and assist customers at the OTC aisle.
• Contribute to a congenial customer experience and service excellence.
