Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Apprentice in the United States (Gillette, WY). You’ll interact with customers, support pharmacists, and build strong relationships while advancing through Walgreens’ training program recognised by ASHP and the Department of Labor.

As a trainee or experienced technician, you will learn to use pharmacy systems, assist with prescriptions, and contribute to a patient-centric service model that aims for accuracy and compassionate care

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and patients to deliver a delightful experience.
• Assist pharmacists under supervision and ensure accurate dispensing.
• Maintain stock, process prescriptions, and support inventory management.
• Build relationships with patients and healthcare providers.
