Job summary

Walgreens is actively seeking a Pharmacy Technician/Pharmacy Technician Apprentice in Garland, TX to support the pharmacy team in a patient-centric environment. You will work under supervision, assisting with prescriptions, patient care, and using pharmacy systems to access information.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• PTCB certification or pursuing certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in dispensing prescriptions and patient care.
• Use pharmacy systems to access patient and drug information.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding products.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and maintaining store cleanliness.
