Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Prefer good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately.
• Prefer good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy and in related duties.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Engage with customers to deliver a delightful shopping experience.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.
• Support inventory management, ordering, unpacking, and storage of pharmaceuticals.
• Maintain accurate patient and drug information in systems and ensure correct dispensing.
