Qualifikationen

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Prefer good math skills for accurate prescription counting and measuring.
• Prefer good computer skills and basic pharmacy software knowledge.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• PTCB certification is a plus and supported by training programs.

Aufgaben

• Assist pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and related duties.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Handle cash/register operations and train on cash handling with accuracy.
• Support inventory management, ordering, receiving, and storage of pharmaceuticals.
