Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience is a plus.
• Strong math and counting skills for prescriptions.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and patients, greet them and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist pharmacists under supervision, process prescriptions, and enter patient and drug information.
• Support inventory management, checkout operations, and basic clerical duties.
• Handle non-pharmacist calls and coordinate with physicians when needed.
• Participate in training programs and maintain knowledge of pharmacy procedures.
