The program guides you toward PTCB certification while providing tools and support to grow in pharmacy care. Responsibilities include assisting pharmacists, managing prescriptions, and delivering exceptional customer service to our patients and customers.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in prescribing and dispensing activities.
• Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems; coach technicians if certified.
• Deliver a distinctive customer experience and resolve customer questions to ensure satisfaction.
• Support inventory management, cash handling, and basic clerical duties as assigned.
