Job summary

Walgreens is transforming its pharmacy technician roles to be more patient-centric. As a Pharmacy Technician or Apprentice, you’ll interact with customers, build patient relationships, and grow through an earn-while-you-learn program recognized by ASHP & DOL.

You’ll train to become a PTCB-certified Pharmacy Technician while supporting the pharmacist, handling prescriptions, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to assist pharmacists and interact with customers.
• Strong communication and math skills for handling prescriptions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision in processing prescriptions and patient data.
• Provide excellent customer service and product information to customers.
• Support inventory management and cash handling, per store policies.
