CVS Health is seeking licensed Pharmacy Technicians to support multiple retail pharmacy customer relations programs in Alaska. The role emphasizes outreach to Medicare members about medication adherence, assisting with orders, and addressing pharmacy-related questions in a fast-paced call center.

Qualified candidates will hold an active Pharmacy Technician license in their state, have 1+ year of customer service experience, and strong PC skills including Windows applications.

Qualifications

• Resident of Alaska, Florida, Idaho, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont or Washington.
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment.
• Proficient to advanced PC skills required including MS Windows-based applications.
• Ability to complete all required training programs.

Responsabilités

Position Summary

Exciting positions available for licensed Pharmacy Technicians to support multiple retail pharmacy customer relations programs. These programs include but are not limited to:

• Outreach to Medicare members regarding their medication adherence and offering assistance to resolve any barriers to refill
• Assist customers with placing orders in conjunction with their healthcare programs
• Assist customers with retail pharmacy-related issues and other initiatives as needed
• Must have superb customer service and empathy skills to connect with a diverse customer base in a fast-paced customer contact center.

Required Qualifications

• Resident of Alaska, Florida, Idaho, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont or Washington.
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment.
• Proficient to advanced PC skills required including MS Windows-based applications.
• Ability to complete all required training programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Prior Call Center experience
• Previous experience working from home a plus
• Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office proficiency

Education

Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $28.46 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
