Job summary

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Technician to join our 100% employee-owned, closed-door team serving individuals with IDD and behavioral health needs. You will fill prescriptions, operate the med-cup packaging system, and maintain accurate prescription records while collaborating with pharmacists and care teams.

We value attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability to new technology in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacy technician registration in the state of employment.
• National pharmacy technician certification (CPhT) or willingness to become certified.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Looking for a pharmacy technician role outside of traditional retail? At Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy, our technicians work behind the scenes as part of a close-knit team serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.

The Day-to-Day

• Fill and prepare prescriptions
• Operate our automated med-cup packaging system
• Enter and maintain accurate prescription information
• Communicate with clients and care teams by phone
• Work alongside pharmacists and other technicians to keep medications accurate and on time
