Responsibilities

• Prepare prescription orders by reviewing and verifying prescription information.
• Retrieve medications from inventory accurately and efficiently.
• Apply prescription labels to medication packaging and verify accuracy.
• Scan, organize, and assemble medications into designated bins for distribution.
• Maintain productivity while meeting established quality and accuracy standards.
• Monitor medication inventory and communicate shortages or replenishment needs.
• Remove expired or discontinued medications from inventory.
• Mark opened medication bottles appropriately and maintain organized storage.
• Restock pharmacy supplies and medications as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and technicians to ensure efficient workflow.

Equity Staffing Group is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join a leading Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy team in Morrisville, North Carolina. 8:00a- 4:30p
Every 3rd or 4th weekend rotation

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will support pharmacy operations by preparing and processing prescription orders for long-term care patients. You will work closely with pharmacists and fellow technicians to ensure medications are filled accurately, inventory is maintained, and orders are completed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
