Job summary

Cascadia Pharmacy Group seeks enthusiastic Pharmacy Technicians for Peninsula Pharmacies in Long Beach, WA. Begin in either Compounding Lab or Call Center, with on-the-job training and support to help you succeed. Full-time, in-person role with no nights and minimal weekends.

You'll handle patient orders, assist in compounding, and deliver excellent customer service, while growing with a family-owned, community-focused organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Pharmacy technician experience or licensure is preferred, but training will be provided.

What We’re Hiring For

We’re currently hiring for two critical areas of our business:

• Compounding Lab: Work hands-on in creating custom medications for patients in our lab.
• Call Center: Interact with patients and healthcare providers via phone and text to provide information with excellent customer service.

You’ll be trained to work in one area—or even cross-trained in both! We invest in individuals who want to make compounding a career, including enrolling them in a pharmacy technician training program.
