Job summary

Siouxland Community Health Center in Sioux City, IA is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a full-time role. You will fill prescriptions under supervision of a Pharmacist and manage basic inventory.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong data entry and computer skills, 1–2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience, and Certification preferred (required after 1 year). Bi-lingual Spanish preferred; robot dispenser experience a plus.

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN

Successful candidate must have solid experience & advanced knowledge of:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• 1-2 years Pharmacy Technician experience preferred
• Pharmacy Technician Certification highly preferred, required after 1 year of start date
• Experience with robot dispenser a definite plus
• Knowledge in medical terminology a plus
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred

• Orders and maintains pharmaceutical inventories.

• These functions are not all inclusive
