eTeam is seeking a Pharmacy Technician in Seattle to manage incoming calls from members and providers, ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves documentation of inventory and primarily focuses on Production. Opportunities to learn other roles like patient outreach and intake are available.
Applicants must possess an active WA state Pharmacy Technician License and ideally have experience in a high-volume call center. A high school diploma or GED is also required.
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (may vary, open hours are 8am-6pm) 40 hrs/wk. 8.5hr shift with 30min lunch.
This position takes in‑coming calls from members, providers, etc. providing professional phone assistance to all callers through the criteria‑based prior authorization process, and transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist. Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of inventory. The role will mainly focus on Production, with an opportunity to learn other roles such as patient outreach, intake, shipping, or prior authorization.
