Hours

The Pharmacy hours are 8AM - 8PM and Saturday/Sunday: 8AM-4:30PM. Weekends and holidays are on rotating schedules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• State of Michigan Pharmacy Technician temporary licensure upon hire.
• Must achieve Pharmacy Technician Certification through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) within 5 months of hire.
• Minimum six months of pharmacy work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and distribute medication orders per physician or pharmacist request, or prearranged work assignments.
• Complete ASHP didactic learning modules as assigned.
• Achieve a passing score on all quizzes and tests related to ASHP didactic learning.
• Complete all experiential learning activities as assigned.
• Provide customer service to medical professionals.
