Brandon Pharmacy is a full-service pharmacy seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join the team in Florida. The role involves filling prescriptions under supervision, data entry for claims and reimbursements, and managing medication packaging and delivery coordination.

The candidate should be organized, customer-service oriented, and able to solve problems while prioritizing tasks. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to assist a diverse patient base.

Responsabilidades

• Working under direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist and fills prescriptions.
• Enter data into computer system to fill prescriptions and to obtain reimbursement/payment.
• Packaging of medication, reviewing and coordinating accurate and timely delivery to the customer.
• Syncing patients medications for efficient delivery and refills on time.
• Call/fax medications requests as needed.
• Assists Pharmacy Management in maintaining good inventory practices which may include receiving and rotating incoming medications and supplies, posting lot numbers, expiration dates and assisting in physical inventory.
• Assists in maintaining a clean, safe work environment, checking equipment for calibration, safety and cleanliness.

Job Duties:

• Working under direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist and fills prescriptions
• Enter data into computer system to fill prescriptions and to obtain reimbursement/payment.
• Packaging of medication, reviewing and coordinating accurate and timely delivery to the customer.
