Job summary

A healthcare provider in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist the Pharmacist in processing medication orders and coordinating patient needs. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and must be willing to become certified within four months of hire. Strong communication skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment are essential. This position offers a regular Monday to Friday schedule and promotes a healthy workplace, requiring full vaccination against COVID and FLU.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pharmacist in the processing and filling of medication orders.
• Prepare and multi-dose blister packs for shipment.
• Coordinate individual prescription needs and specifications with clients.

Job description

Overview

• Assist the Pharmacist in the processing and filling of medication orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare and multi-dose blister pack all items for shipment, communicate with clients to determine and coordinate individual prescription needs and specifications, and work with other members of the team to resolve issues relating to patient orders.
• The regular work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm. Free Parking.
