Job summary

406 Rx, PLLC in Colstrip, MT is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will process prescription orders, manage inventory, provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals, and help keep the store clean and organized. This role includes following all regulations and supporting a collaborative rural healthcare team.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Active Montana Pharmacy Technician license required.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Detail oriented and accurate work habits.

  • Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
  • Process prescription orders and ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Manage inventory and restock medications as needed.
  • Follow all state and federal regulations regarding pharmacy practices.
  • Answer and direct phone calls appropriately.
  • Process all sales transactions with operation of cash register.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate pharmacy staff for prescription-related or OTC inquiries.
