CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for our CarePlus Specialty Pharmacy team in Collierville, TN. Full-time, 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri 8:00am-6:00pm. You will respond to specialty product inquiries, assist with inventory, and communicate promotions to customers as part of a collaborative care team.

The role requires Tennessee Pharmacy Technician Registration; 6+ months in healthcare customer service is preferred, with CPhT/ExCPT certification encouraged. A $1500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Tennessee Pharmacy Technician Registration.
• Prior authorization experience preferred.
• 6+ months experience in a customer service role within healthcare or related field.
• CPhT or ExCPT Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with specialty product inquiries and provide technical recommendations.
• Maintain specialty retail store operations: inventory, restocking, displays.
• Communicate promotions and product updates to customers.
• Record customer complaints or inquiries for senior management review.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales metrics and performance.
• Process transactions using POS system and handle cash/payments.
• Collaborate with specialty retail team to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Prioritize tasks to meet customer requests and service deadlines.
• Provide basic troubleshooting or guidance for specialty products.

The team specializes in MS, Oncology, Hepatitis, HIV, Rheumatology, Dermatology, and Transplant and Gastrointestinal diseases As part of the team, you will you will be leading an innovative and bold initiative aimed at transforming health care and pharmacy leveraging new and emerging information, technologies and channels.Assists customers by responding to specialty product inquiries and providing technical advice or recommendations for specialty needs. Maintains specialty retail store operations by completing inventory management tasks, restocking shelves, and organizing displays. Communicates with customers and shares announcements and/or promotions on the latest product releases, features, and technology trends. Compiles customer complaints, inquiries, or concerns for senior managers to help improve future customer service outcomes. Monitors key sales metrics related to daily, weekly, and monthly sales revenue, units sold, average transaction value, and conversion rates. Operates within the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions, handle cash, and operate payment terminals. Drives effective team collaborations with specialty retail associates and technicians to provide customers with a positive experience. Determines how best to prioritize tasks and manage workloads to ensure the timely completion of customer requests and specialty retail services. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
