Overview

This role involves performing various duties related to the creation and routing of pharmacy orders.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, reviewing, and verifying members’/patients’ prescriptions
• Prepping and scanning documents
• Verifying member/patient data and submitting prescription orders in the system
• Contacting members/patients/providers to validate data, request payment info, and confirm delivery details
• Interpreting providers’ prescriptions, assessing, inputting, and retrieving prescription, medical/lab, and reimbursement information (as permitted by state regulations)

Note: This is a fulfillment role that requires standing for at least an 8-hour shift and involves significant walking, lifting, and physical activity.

Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Schedule

Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM EST (occasional Saturdays, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM)
