Responsibilities & Duties

To accomplish this job, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, each essential function satisfactorily.

Prepare and dispense prescription medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.

Count pills, measure liquid medications, label containers, and provide instructions for proper medication use.

Qualifications:

Must meet the requirements for registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy (ALBOP).
