Job Title: Pharmacy Fulfillment Specialist

Compensation - $16/$17/hr

Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to help prepare and package medication orders. You will ensure accuracy, maintain production goals, and follow all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Preparation & Packaging: Prepare and package medication orders for shipping, ensuring products are accurate and neatly packaged.
2. Equipment Operation: Operate counters and PARATA machines (or similar equipment).
3. Inventory Management: Restock and maintain proper inventory levels, pull correct medication based on prescription labels.
4. Quality Control & Labeling: Count, seal, and label medications while meeting production goals; present labeled medications to a pharmacist for final review.
5. Workstation Maintenance: Keep workstations clean and organized; maintain reasonable production rates as determined by the supervisor.
6. Compliance & Training: Follow all security measures and quality standards; complete mandatory and regulatory training programs.
7. Additional Duties: Be on-time and available for scheduled shifts; perform other tasks as assigned.
