Evergreen Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to dispense prescriptions under pharmacist supervision at our Buffalo location. The role involves counting, labeling, data entry, and patient interactions in a fast-paced retail pharmacy setting.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and familiarity with MS Office. Two years of retail pharmacy tech experience are preferred; relocation to new Buffalo pharmacies may occur.

The Pharmacy Technicianis responsible for dispensing prescriptions within the pharmacy. The Pharmacy Technician works indirectly with prescribing providers at Evergreen Health, and reports to the Supervising Pharmacist.
As part of the Essential Function for this role, the Pharmacy Technician:
Qualified Candidatewill have a High School Diploma or equivalent; two (2) years of professional experience as a retail Pharmacy Technician preferred; candidate must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally, demonstrate familiarity with computers and MS Office software (Outlook, Word), and must have ability to multitask; excellent customer service skills required; awareness of and sensitivity to the issues and health disparities faced by underserved populations is essential.

This position will start at our 206 S. Elmwood location, and may later transfer to one of our new pharmacies opening in Buffalo in the coming months.
