Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Pharmacy Technician for a contract assignment with one of our top healthcare clients in Colorado. The role involves accurate processing of prescription requests received electronically, in person and via phone.

This position requires a Pharmacy Technician Certification and a high school diploma; an associate degree is preferred. Hospital pharmacy experience and familiarity with PC systems are also advantages.

Qualifications

Duties Responsibilities

The Pharmacy Technician works closely with the Pharmacist and the Pharmacy staff and is responsible for accurate processing of prescription requests received electronically, in person and via the telephone.

• Accurately process orders for prescription food and medication.
• Work collaboratively with staff to effectively resolve client issues and concerns regarding pharmacy issues.
