Responsibilities

• Retrieve medication from inventory and stock as needed.
• Input patient and prescription information into the pharmacy dispensing system.
• Create prescription labels and adjudicate insurance claims.
• Complete paperwork related to filling prescriptions and receiving drug orders.
• Order prescription medications for the Pharmacy Department.
• Stock prescription medications.
• Promote pharmacy initiatives and clinical services to customers.
• Prioritize workload and maintain a clean, professional pharmacy environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

What You'll be Doing:

• Retrieving the appropriate medication from inventory.
• Inputting customer and prescription information in the pharmacy dispensing system.
• Creating prescription labels and adjudicating insurance claims.
• Completing paperwork related to filling prescriptions and receiving drug orders.
• Ordering prescription medication for the Pharmacy Department.
• Stocking prescription medication.
• Promoting pharmacy initiatives and clinical services to the customer.
