Description of Travel or In-Office and Physical Requirements

This position is primarily in-office with minimal travel required. You will be working in a fast-paced pharmacy environment, which may require standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and performing repetitive tasks such as data entry and medication handling. Safety protocols and ergonomic practices are followed to ensure a comfortable workspace.

This is reflected in the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) between Mckesson and the United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW), considering experience and skills. In periods of high demand, there may be instances where associates are required to work beyond their scheduled hours to ensure timely delivery of medications and healthcare products. Schedules are typically shared in advance with enough lead time to support planning, as operational needs allow, but no later than the Wednesday prior to the following week, in accordance with the CBA.

Our Base Pay Range for this position $17.25 - $25.87
