Performs the job functions and duties of Senior Pharmacy Technologist when needed.
Collects data and analyzes complex information and prepares precise summaries, reports, and recommendations for pharmacy leadership.
Assists with maintenance of policies and SOPs to ensure compliance with legal, accreditation, and certification requirements.
Completes documentation and maintains records according to established policies and procedures.
Essential job functions for the assigned specialty area: Automation responsibilities include ensuring integrity of information in automated tech and pharmacy systems, proficiency with automation and pharmacy information systems, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
